Carleton Heights Curling Club will be holding its 2026 Annual General Meeting in person on February 24, 2026 at 6:30PM at the Barrhaven Royal Canadian Legion, 3500 Fallowfield Rd, opposite from Fallowfield Station

All Members in good standing as of the date of meeting are invited to attend.

Call for Nominations to the Board of Directors
A curling club runs on the volunteer efforts of many people at both the league and club level. The past year has been a challenging one for the club and many of its members, but thanks to many volunteers we will reopen our newly rebuilt facility in September. This Call for Nominations is a call to all members to step forward and volunteer to help us create a renewed inviting place and welcoming atmosphere in which to enjoy the sport of curling and socializing with good friends for the years to come.

The terms for all incumbent Directors on the CHCC Board end as of April 30th 2026. Nominations are therefore being sought for all Board positions, with elections to these positions to be held as part of the February 2026 AGM.

Nominations Close February 7th
The Board’s Nominations Committee strongly encourages all adult members to consider supporting our club by volunteering to stand for one of these positions.

The Committee will be accepting nominations for all of the above positions until February 7th 2026. Nominations should be sent to the club Secretary at secretary@carletonheightscc.ca . Please include your name and the position you are interested in. If you are nominating someone else for a position, then please ensure that you have obtained their prior consent before doing so.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Carleton Heights Curling Club will be holding its AGM, in person, in the later part of February, 2026. A formal notice of the AGM including the date, time and location will be sent once the location has been finalized.
